Location: Sacramento River Delta town of Locke
When the 356 group went to Big Sur for lunch, we met Chris Menke and his wife. They own a 356 and Al the Wops, aka “Al’s Place” in Locke along the Sacramento River. They invited the group to come visit them. Good food, in a dive bar atmosphere, and located in historic Locke. Make it a fun day’s drive along the Sacramento River; have lunch, explore Locke, visit an art gallery and a museum. We would like to get group pictures of all the cars along the main street in Locke.

Join us for our next Porsches and Pastries on Sunday, June 8 at Faction Brewing in Alameda from 11 am to 1 pm. Faction Brewing is on NAS Alameda at 2501 Monarch St. and will be open for lunch at noon. We hope you can make it! See June’s email blast for additional details.

Park in the upper lot to the right. We have reserved the "back room" for our group.
After breakfast, about 10 am, we plan to drive to the old Pebble Beach Race circuit, the same route as used 75 years ago, when the first race was held and 2 years before the Concours started! We will do a casual drive around the same roads they raced on in the 50's. There will be photo ops too! Optional lunch afterwards for those interested. More details will be available at the breakfast meeting.

Join us for a breakfast get-together on June 21, starting at 9 am, in beautiful Danville. Please plan on joining Ron and Charlene Stansbury, who will once again be our hosts. After breakfast, you will have a choice to either join the group interested in a tech session by Steve Douglas on wheel alignment OR join Charlene who will host a social time with special treats for the spouses and boy/girlfriends. This is a social event, and all are welcome to stay and visit as long as they wish. If your significant other usually does not attend a 356 gathering, bring her or him to this one. We are hoping that more spouses and friends will attend.
Registration is required so that the Stansburys can adequately prepare for breakfast. Register by emailing Ron Stansbury with “Breakfast Registration” in the Subject line. Please, also indicate how many will be attending if more than one and please include the name of your guest—location details will be provided to those who
register.

Porsche Heritage Day and Historical Display at Stevens Creek Porsche Los Gatos Service Center. This is the "Grand Opening" of the new Stevens Creek Porsche’s new Los Gatos Service Center along with a Porsche historical display.
